100%. I knew a bloke with a portfolio worth about $300 million (bloody rich as anything). You'd never have guessed it. Lived in work overalls, drove an old Toyota farm ute, and spent decades buying assets rather than status symbols....

But what’s the point of that? You obviously don’t want to max debt out and burn everything on disposable flashy shit, but I don’t think hoarding up hundreds of millions while getting around ratty old clothes and a bomb of a car is living the good life...
