When I made something similar the potato chip pieces just ended up kind of soggy and stuck in my teeth. How did you manage to keep the texture?

Interesting- what kind of potato chips did you use? I used regular ruffles. I think the sturdiness of the chip matters significantly here, because for example I would imagine lays would produce a soggy texture. Even the next day, the texture was incredible....

My grandmother made these for years! She used butterscotch chips instead of chocolate. You've got to use the regular, salted Ruffles or they don't turn out right. I'm glad you enjoyed them!
