A Reddit post on r/Steam asks users if they have a backlog of unfinished games, using an image that shows a library full of unplayed titles. The post has drawn over 20,500 upvotes and 472 comments, many of which share similar stories of never starting purchased games.

The thread highlights the widespread habit of buying discounted games and never playing them, revealing how platform sales can encourage hoarding behaviour rather than actual play. This pattern raises questions about consumer habits in digital storefronts and the psychology of game bundles.

I HATE the “anyone else ” format. There’s billions of people on the planet. There are most likely millions who have had a similar life. But no, you’re the ONLY single person ever to.
